#12 - Feeling Thoughts
Thoughts feel a certain way. They have a vibration about them. You can distinguish good feeling thoughts from bad feeling thoughts and it’s important to do so. The more you practice recognizing the vibration of a thought, the better you will get at it.
Imagine a tall stack of paper. It’s as tall as you are. There are two baskets on either side of the tall stack. You are going to pick up one piece of paper at a time and consider it. How does it vibrate? Notice how you feel when you hold it. Put it in the basket on the left if it feels bad. Put it in the basket on the right if it feels good.
Now realize that tall stack of papers is your thoughts. File them.
Get better and better at recognizing thoughts that feel bad and dropping them for good because of the way they make you feel.
