Creating a Life Story

SHOW NOTES:

Today we’re talking about the story we tell ourselves and how it influences the life story we are creating. We are here to create. If nothing else we are creating our own life story. You probably have a general idea of how you would like your story to go. You may not have all the plot points and all the details but you have a general idea about how you want your life story to go don’t you? You probably know this about yourself. If we check in with intuition and tune into what we know about what we want to create, it reminds us about the life story we are creating. If you think of yourself as this person who is creating your own life story, can’t you just feel the importance of your own mindset and thought processes on a moment by moment basis as you go through life? Can you see how they’re important? This is how your mindset or your attitude sets a tone that represents a season of your life. This season which builds on the last one and becomes the foundation of the next one.

Enthusiasm, Baby!

SHOW NOTES:

Enthusiasm is such a major hint as to what you are most interested in. You might even consider it a little breadcrumb trail for better understanding your own unique purpose in life. It is possible that focusing on what you are enthusiastic about can help provide life purpose clarity very fast. Enthusiasm is a frequent and easily recognized state of being. Enthusiasm can be generated simply by the thought of something you look forward to. If you can hone in on exactly what it is that has you feeling enthusiastic, you may recognize an important core principle to bring into your consciousness, into your life, more and more.

Ancient Beings

SHOW NOTES:

Stevie turns on the mic once again to see what she has to say about intuition. This show is about body and soul with intuition as a gateway between them. Stevie has ideas about the importance of establishing a foundation of positivity in mindset then moving on to developing a vocabulary with your own intuition. Sometimes in life it is hard to choose a path, intuition can be the tie-breaker. As you use your intuition in everyday life, you practice skills that will see you through those critical decision points with more confidence.

SHOW NOTES:

Stevie describes what intuition is and isn’t from her point-of-view, what intuition feels like, and a way to begin to enhance the connection to your own intuition.
