32. Putting Emotions to Use

Stevie talks about emotions as indicators and how regularly taking your emotional temperature will tell you what you need to do to feel good. Being careful to control your own headspace and kick out those thoughts that will not serve you well in the long run, those negative thoughts that make you feel bad and bring you down, is the most powerful thing you can be doing with your time and attention. Doing so will set you up for a higher level baseline as a habitual way of being. And the best part is, there is always a higher level. There is always a way to feel better. Appreciating generously is one great way to get a positive flow going and other strategies are mentioned in this episode too.
